Digital Image License Agreement

All photographs and digital images (collectively, "Images") displayed on Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography are the exclusive property of Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. By purchasing or downloading Images from this website, you (the "Licensee") agree to the following terms:

Grant of License

Upon purchase, Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Images for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Permitted uses include personal prints, social media sharing (with proper credit to Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography), and personal digital displays.

Restrictions

Licensee may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Images to any third party without prior written consent from Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography.

Images may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertisements, merchandise, or promotional materials, without a separate commercial license.

Images may not be altered, edited, or manipulated (e.g., filters, cropping, or overlays) without written permission, except for minor adjustments for personal printing purposes.

Images may not be used in a manner that is defamatory, illegal, or harmful to the reputation of Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography or any subjects depicted.

Ownership and Copyright

All Images remain the intellectual property of Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography.

Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights or copyright to the Images.

When sharing Images online, Licensee must credit Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography (e.g., "Photo by Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography") and, where possible, include a link to https://www.holdyourhorsesphoto.ca/.

Pricing and Delivery

Pricing for digital Images and prints is as listed on the website at the time of purchase.

Digital Images will be delivered via a secure download link within 24 hours of purchase, subject to payment confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

Hold Your Horses Equestrian Photography is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Images, including but not limited to issues related to print quality by third-party vendors or misuse by the Licensee.
